We have had an incredible experience building our new home with Urban Perch! It is wonderful to see how they have paid attention to every little detail! I have never had a home built before and definitely didn’t realize how many decisions there were to make and how many choices were offered! The Urban Perch staff has been great to work with. My fiancé and I are currently building our dream home with them and couldn’t be happier. Eric Rey is the owner and is very knowledgeable.
